Cancellation Within 24 Hours
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
To request cancellation, email authenticrafts7@gmail.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
The time your request is received determines whether it falls within the 24-hour window, even if we respond later.
This cancellation window also applies to personalised and custom orders.
After 24 Hours
After 24 hours, we do not offer voluntary cancellations because materials and production work may already have been committed to your order.
This does not affect cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable law.
Refunds
Approved cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
