1. About Our Store
This website, authenticmoroccancrafts.shop, is operated by AUTHENTIC MOROCCAN CRAFTS LLC, trading as Authentic Moroccan Crafts. Throughout these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to AUTHENTIC MOROCCAN CRAFTS LLC.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Your purchase agreement is with AUTHENTIC MOROCCAN CRAFTS LLC, not Shopify.
2. Using Our Website
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete contact, billing, shipping and order information. If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login details.
You must not use our website for fraud, unlawful activities, infringement of another person’s rights or interference with the website’s security or operation.
3. Product Information and Handmade Variations
We sell handmade Moroccan products, including brass and copper lighting, home décor and personalised items.
Please review the product description, materials, finish, dimensions, quantities, installation requirements and included components before purchasing.
Handmade products may have slight variations in surface texture, colour, shape, patterns and finishing. Where stated in the product listing, measurements may vary by approximately ±1–2 cm.
These variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective, unsafe or materially different from its description.
Product colours may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. Decorative accessories shown in images are not included unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, applicable taxes and the checkout currency are displayed before you complete your purchase.
You confirm that you are authorised to use your selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout and are subject to authorisation.
Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees outside our control.
Prices and availability may change for future purchases. Such changes do not retrospectively alter the agreed price of an accepted order.
If a material pricing or product-information error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will refund the amount paid for the affected items.
5. Orders and Fulfilment
An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil it because of availability, payment issues, shipping restrictions or another legitimate reason, we will notify you promptly.
If we cancel an order or cannot supply an item, we will refund the payment for the unfulfilled items and any associated shipping charge, as applicable.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify a transaction or clarify custom specifications.
If items need to be dispatched separately, we will provide the relevant shipment information.
6. Personalised and Custom Orders
Please check all names, wording, logos, measurements, finishes and other custom specifications before submitting your order.
If we provide a design proof, review it carefully before approval. Production will follow the specifications and any proof you approve.
You confirm that you have permission to use logos, images and other materials you submit. You retain your rights in those materials and authorise us to use them as necessary to fulfil your order.
We remain responsible for errors we make in producing your approved specifications.
Being handmade or produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, make an item personalised or exclude it from returns.
7. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, including any shipping charges paid. This applies to standard and personalised orders.
Email authenticrafts7@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request. The time we receive your request determines whether it falls within the 24-hour window, even if we respond later.
After 24 hours, we do not offer voluntary cancellations. This does not affect any cancellation or withdrawal rights required by applicable law.
Requests to change a size, finish, quantity, personalisation or delivery address are subject to feasibility and agreement. Contact us promptly; changes are not guaranteed.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides the full return procedures and conditions.
Non-personalised products: You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for direct return shipping costs. No production or restocking fees apply.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it will be limited to the resulting loss in value.
We refund the product price and original standard delivery charge within 14 days of your return notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or evidence of return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Personalised products: Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including items bearing your name or logo, are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products: For confirmed issues, we provide a full refund, including original shipping, and cover any required return shipping. No production or restocking fees apply.
Please report issues within 14 days of delivery so we can assist promptly. This reporting period does not limit statutory rights.
Contact us before returning any product to obtain instructions and the appropriate return address.
9. Production, Shipping and Customs
Products are dispatched from Morocco.
Unless the listing or an agreed custom quotation states otherwise, production takes approximately 3–7 business days, followed by approximately 2–5 business days for shipping, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes and destination-country clearance charges may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.
Please provide accurate delivery information. Additional costs arising from incorrect information you supply will be explained before any further shipment is arranged, subject to applicable law.
If a parcel is delayed, missing or marked delivered but not received, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. A carrier’s delivery scan does not override your legal rights.

10. Installation, Use and Care
Follow the product specifications and any installation, use and care instructions provided.
Electrical, plumbing and other products requiring specialist installation should be installed by an appropriately qualified professional in accordance with local requirements.
Confirm the stated dimensions, fittings, voltage and intended environment before installation. Do not assume suitability for outdoor use or wet locations unless the product specifications confirm it.
Damage caused by misuse, unsuitable installation or unauthorised modification may fall outside our responsibility to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for defective products, inaccurate descriptions or inadequate instructions.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information.
Shopify and relevant service providers process information to support payments, order fulfilment, delivery, security and customer support. Information may be processed outside your country, as described in that policy.
Where Shopify enhanced features are used, Shopify may also process information for its own purposes as explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
Website content owned by us or licensed to us, including branding, text, images and designs, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You must not commercially reproduce or exploit that content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Customer-submitted designs and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Reviews and Customer Content
Reviews and other submitted content must be truthful, lawful and respect other people’s rights.
If you submit a review or photograph for publication on our store, you permit us to display it for that purpose. We will seek separate permission before using private messages or customer photographs in promotional materials.
We may remove unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content. Honest negative feedback will not be removed merely because it is critical.
14. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to external services or websites with their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control independent third-party websites. This does not remove our responsibilities for services we engage to fulfil your order.
15. Website Availability and Responsibility
We take reasonable steps to keep our website accurate and operational, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors.
We are responsible for performing our obligations under your purchase agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory product and consumer protections.
16. Applicable Law and Complaints
These terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to you remain unaffected.
If you have a complaint, contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms prevents you from using courts or dispute-resolution procedures available under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms for future website use and orders. Revised terms will be published on this page.
Changes will not retrospectively alter an existing order unless required by law or agreed with you.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
