30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return of an eligible item.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, protective materials, accessories, hardware, parts, and included components attached or enclosed.

The item must show no signs of use, installation, alteration, scratches, stains, water damage, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.

You must provide valid proof of purchase or your order number.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, customization, installation, or product-condition reasons, certain handmade Moroccan products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items may include:

Personalized, engraved, customized, or made-to-order products.

Products made according to customer-provided measurements, colors, finishes, designs, or specifications.

Items that have been installed, mounted, assembled, wired, plumbed, altered, refinished, washed, or used.

Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, unsuitable cleaning products, improper care, alteration, or normal wear and tear.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final-sale items when clearly marked as non-returnable.

Products returned without their original packaging, accessories, fittings, hardware, protective materials, or included components.

These restrictions do not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered.

Handmade Product Variations

Many of our products are handmade or hand-finished by Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques.

Natural variations may occur in:

Color and tone.

Texture and finish.

Shape and dimensions.

Engraving, hammering, weaving, stitching, or decorative patterns.

Natural materials, including brass, copper, wool, leather, wood, ceramic, and textile fibers.

These variations reflect the handmade character of each product and are not normally considered defects.

Minor differences caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, natural materials, or the handmade production process do not automatically qualify an item for a return or refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the return is caused by:

Another confirmed error on our part.

Original shipping fees, express-delivery charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return resulted from our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

AUTHENTIC MOROCCAN CRAFTS is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address by the return carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, the eligible refund amount will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

The time required for a refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

AUTHENTIC MOROCCAN CRAFTS does not control payment-provider processing times.

If you have not received an approved refund after a reasonable period, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for another size, color, finish, style, or product, please contact us before returning it.

Exchange availability depends on current inventory, materials, and production capacity and cannot be guaranteed.

In many cases, you may be asked to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.

Exchanges and returns are processed separately.

Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement unless the exchange is required because of an error on our part.

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Minor handmade variations in color, texture, finish, shape, pattern, engraving, weaving, or measurements are not normally considered defects.

Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized repair, alteration, unsuitable cleaning products, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Installation-Related Damage

Products requiring electrical, plumbing, mounting, assembly, or structural installation should be installed by a qualified professional.

AUTHENTIC MOROCCAN CRAFTS is not responsible for damage, injury, leaks, electrical problems, breakage, or property damage caused by:

Improper installation.

Incorrect fittings or connections.

Failure to use a qualified installer.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Using the product for an unsuitable purpose.

Failure to confirm measurements, voltage, plumbing connections, mounting requirements, or compatibility before installation.

Installing or modifying a product may make it ineligible for return unless the product was confirmed to be defective before installation.

Missing Items or Components

If an item, accessory, fitting, or component is missing from your package, contact us promptly and provide:

The name of the missing item or component.

Photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and all items received.

We will review the available shipment and packing information and provide an appropriate solution if the claim is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Requests to cancel an order must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once an order has entered processing, production, customization, preparation, packing, transfer to a shipping carrier, or shipment, it may no longer be cancelled.

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return after delivery, provided the item qualifies under this Return and Refund Policy.

Refused and Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to:
