Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Authentic Moroccan Crafts. Below you will find information about order preparation, shipping costs, delivery estimates and shipment support.
Production & Processing Time
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, production and preparation take approximately 3–7 business days after your order and payment are confirmed.
Custom requests may require a different timeframe, which we will confirm before you order.
Each order is checked and carefully packed before shipment. If we expect a significant preparation delay, we will contact you.
Shipping Destinations & Origin
We ship internationally, including to the United States, subject to delivery availability at checkout.
Our handcrafted products are dispatched from Morocco. Our United States business mailing address is not the shipping origin.
Shipping Costs
Our standard shipping charge is USD $25, including for deliveries to the United States.
The shipping charge applicable to your purchase is displayed at checkout before payment.
Shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes or destination-country clearance fees unless these are explicitly shown as included at checkout.
Estimated Transit Time
Shipping usually takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Production time and transit time are separate. The shipping estimate does not include the time required to make and prepare your order.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, carrier disruptions, public holidays, weather and remote delivery locations may extend transit time.
Carriers
We use carriers such as DHL, FedEx or Aramex, depending on the destination and shipment requirements.
Your shipping confirmation will identify the carrier handling your package.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Paying for shipping does not, by itself, mean that import charges are included.
The carrier or customs authority may contact you for payment or additional information before releasing your shipment.
Tracking Your Order
After dispatch, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Use that number on our Track Your Order page or the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.
If you cannot find your tracking details, email authenticrafts7@gmail.com with your order number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including any apartment or unit number, postal code and contact telephone number.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will confirm whether the address can still be changed.
After dispatch, address changes depend on the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. If reshipping is necessary because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will explain any additional costs before arranging it.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed, tracking stops updating or you believe the package is lost, contact us with your order number.
We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available next steps. If the shipment is confirmed lost before delivery, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate and subject to your applicable rights.
You do not need to resolve the matter with the carrier on your own before contacting us.
Tracking Shows Delivered, but the Package Is Missing
Please check:
- Around the delivery location.
- With household members or neighbours.
- With your building reception or mailroom.
- For delivery photos or instructions provided by the carrier.
Contact us promptly if you still cannot locate the package. We will review the delivery information and assist with an investigation.
A carrier’s delivery scan does not prevent you from reporting a missing shipment.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, contact authenticrafts7@gmail.com with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the problem.
- Photos of the item, packaging and shipping label, where possible.
Please report problems within 14 days of delivery so we can assist promptly. This reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.
For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we provide a full refund, including the original shipping charge, and cover any required return shipping. No production or restocking fees apply.
Please keep the packaging where possible and contact us before returning an item.
Separate Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be dispatched in separate packages. If this happens, we will provide the available tracking details.
You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we choose to divide your order into separate shipments.
Returned or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned because of an address issue, refusal or failure to collect it, contact us so we can review the circumstances.
We will explain the available options and any applicable reshipping costs before proceeding. Any cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
Cancellations & Returns
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, we do not offer voluntary cancellations. This does not affect cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Please contact us before sending a return. Our business mailing address is not automatically the return address.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our shipping services or business practices.
Updates will not reduce the rights or agreed terms applicable to orders already placed.
